I’m sure if we all had flawless skin like the celebrities that we spend our days gawping over, we’d be pretty smitten with ourselves. However, for those of us who live in reality, we have to make this glow up ourselves, and we’ve created a 7 step full face tutorial on how to own the no makeup, makeup look.
1) Face Wash
A kind face wash using a gentle cleanser will softly buff the skin clean. Try to avoid using an exfoliator, as they can cause redness to your complexion.
A small amount of moisturizer all over the face will keep your skin soft and hydrated. By applying a small measure, your makeup sits effortlessly but doesn’t look too greasy.
3) Tinted Moisturizer
A tinted moisturizer can warm up your complexion without your face feeling caked, allowing an au-natural glow radiate your skin.
If you have dark circles or blemishes that you want to hide, a small amount of concealer can help your problem areas, without building up too much product on your face.
Pick a cream blush that is soft and minimal in colour. This will give you the most effortless looking blush as possible and will be easy to blend into your tinted moisturizer. A little cream blush added to your lips can also enhance the natural pigment.
To achieve the “barely there” makeup look, use an eyelash curler tool. If you want to add a bit more oomph to this area, then 2 coats with a thin wand mascara comb will work a treat.
Heavy eyebrows are a no-go if you want to boss the no makeup, makeup look. By blending a similar colour to your natural eyebrow shade sparingly onto your brows, it will give a nice and effortless enhancement.
